Information for authors
The official seminar-conference language is English.
Before making a final version of the paper, please study carefully the following informations. Paper should be uploaded using the option “Status of Submit” in the main menu, after first completing Registration. Authors of several papers should upload each paper individually using the appropriate ID number assigned during registration.
The paper should be uploaded no later than 30 April, 2008.
Preparing the paper
The final version of the paper should be prepared in accordance with formatting requirements for articles, published in the IEEEXplore.

Authors have to send fax with a signed IEEE copyright form to ISNCC 2008 at +48-68-3254615 or email ISNCC2008@iee.uz.zgora.pl.
Download the copyright form.
Failure to submit a valid copyright form will result in the paper not being published.
The paper should not exceed six pages. Every additional page will be charged with 25 Euro per additional page.
The paper may only be sent by electronic means. The paper should be uploaded on the conference site (Status of Submit) in the form of a file ready for print (.pdf). The file with the paper should be named: ID[ID].pdf - e.g., ID23.pdf.
The size of the uploaded file should not exceed 2 MB.
The paper may be modified to 30 April, 2008. The conference database will be updated with the last modification.
